After more than 20 years of HR leadership and training for a global hotel corporation, Sara Lebens joined forces with husband Steve Lebens, a financial advisor and 25-year entrepreneur, to develop Lebens Advisory Group. The goal: Leverage a combined 40+ years of expertise to benefit organizations navigating the complexities of business operations. Together the pair provide holistic and streamlined human resources management and financial services to under-resourced CEOs and business owners in need of essential support.

As a fiduciary and the director of wealth management for Lebens Advisory Group, Steve Lebens provides peace of mind for employers and employees through financial education, planning and ongoing support for all stages of life and business.

Steve is a trusted advisor and valued partner to small businesses, and takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients. He stays on top of current trends in wealth management and is committed to continually expanding his financial knowledge. After earning his Series 6 and 7 securities licenses, Steve went on to pass the Series 65 securities law exam—an advanced licensure that enables him to serve clients in a more holistic way. He specializes in company retirement accounts, individual investment accounts, trust management, college savings plans, investment real estate, stocks, bonds, ETFs and mutual funds. Steve primarily works with clients to invest in individual stocks, bonds, ETFs and income producing real estate.

An entrepreneur at heart, Steve is also the founder of a successful brand marketing company and a real estate investment company.
